The Board of Directors of OIM Plc is currently in close cooperation with its auditor and with its regulatory supervisors in the process of finalising the format in which its results as at June 30, 2013 are to be published in order to comply with the IFRS requirements applicable to it.
The Company hopes to be in a position to do so shortly, following which trading in the shares can resume.
