The Company and its auditors, Ernst & Young, are still in the process of finalising the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the audit of the accounts. Issues remain to be resolved and the accounts will be published as soon as practicable.
If notice of the AGM has not been posted by 31 July 2015, a further announcement will be made on or as soon as practical after that date.
